About the Frankenstein recall game

Mary Shelley's 1818 novel gave us one of literature's most iconic creatures. Our Frankenstein memory game captures gothic laboratories, stormy nights and stitched-together mystery โ€” drawn entirely from the public-domain original.

How does the Frankenstein recall game work?

All the frankenstein tiles are shown face up for a few seconds โ€” memorise the layout. They then hide, and the game asks for each one in turn ("Where was the Bolt?"). Click the right spot to reveal it; wrong clicks count as misses.

What are the difficulty levels?

Quick is 6 tiles with 6 seconds of study time, Standard is 9 tiles with 8 seconds, and Full Deck lays out all 12 tiles with 10 seconds. Your best first-try score is saved for each level.
