Fun Facts About Summer Camp
- The first written s'mores recipe appeared in a Girl Scout handbook in 1927.
- Organised summer camps began in the 1880s and boomed through the twentieth century.
- Campfire songs work like memory games — call-and-response patterns make them easy to learn and hard to forget.
- Far from city lights, campers can see thousands of stars — and sometimes the Milky Way itself.
How to Play
Tap any card to flip it over, revealing the camp item image underneath. Tap a second card — if the two match, they stay face up and you keep going. If not, they flip back after a moment. Your goal is to match every pair in as few moves as possible.
Three difficulty levels are available: easy (6 pairs), medium (8 pairs) and hard (12 pairs). Start on easy if you're new, or jump straight to hard for a proper brain workout.
