About Higher or Lower
Higher or Lower (also known as Play Your Cards Right) is one of the oldest and simplest card games there is — and that's exactly why it's so moreish. Every guess is a quick bit of probability: a 3 showing means "higher" is nearly a lock, a Jack makes life uncomfortable. The deck never repeats a card, so sharp players track what's gone — which is where the memory training sneaks in.
Frequently asked questions
How do you play Higher or Lower?
One card is face up. Guess whether the next card from the deck will be higher or lower. A right guess extends your streak; a wrong one ends the run. Aces count high and an exact tie is safe — the run continues without scoring.
What is a good streak?
Five in a row is solid, ten is excellent, and clearing all 51 remaining cards is a perfect run — statistically you will need both skill and a friendly deck.
Is it free?
Completely free with no signup. Your best streak is saved privately on your device.
